30-Day Guarantee You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused

• In original condition

• In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items For safety and hygiene reasons, used feeding products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it at no cost.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
